Shipping Policy
We process orders and shipments as fast as we can. Online orders paid by debit/credit card are usually shipped the same business day or next business day. Some of our products may not be in stock or may need to be dropped shipped. These may not be shipped the same business day or next business day. Shipping during the holidays or peak seasons are at a higher risk of being delayed while in transit. Tracking numbers are sent to your email when the order has been fulfilled.
We offer almost all shipping options available at checkout. Includes: overnight, 2 day, express, ground, etc..
Overnight shipping is available but if the order is not processed by 1PM, it may be next business day before it is shipped out. We will process the order as fast as we can but no guarantee we can process the shipment the same day.
Most shipping carriers will deliver on the weekends. Carriers are based on business days, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If overnight shipping is shipped on Friday it will be delivered on Monday. Please contact the store to verify stock before placing an order with overnight shipping. Some items may not be in stock or the distributor does not offer overnight shipping.
We do offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on all orders over $100. (excludes any items considered oversized)
ALL SHIPPING COST ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
We highly recommend using our free shipping option when available. This option uses all shipping carriers at our sole discretion. We cannot offer free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska due to surcharges in the areas.

We will require signatures on all orders over $1,000 and certain items.
Financing orders are usually shipped the same business day or next business day after final processing/underwriting is completed.
Shipping carries do not guarantee delivery dates. They are now considered estimated dates of arrival. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates and all shipping costs are non refundable.

Any packages with visible damage when delivered DO NOT ACCEPT the package. You must refuse the package and contact us immediately. If you receive a package that has no outside damage to the box but is damaged inside of the box DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY and contact us within 2 business days. If you delay in contacting us you will then need to contact the shipping carrier for a resolution. There is a process for package coverage if your items are damaged during shipment.
Once you have received your package make sure to check the contents in the box and verify you have everything you ordered. Some smaller items may be in the box with the bigger items. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery if anything is missing or incorrect with your order. After 2 days we will not be liable for any errors.
Cancellation Policy
Any canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders that have been accepted and processed there will be a 5% fee. If the order has not been accepted there will be no fee. Accepted meaning order has been placed by customer and payment has been captured and sent to the shipping department.
This 5% fee comes from the fee the credit card company charges us and every other retailer for processing the payment. When your money is refunded the credit card company does not refund us the full amount. Any questions please feel free to contact us at the store or your credit card company to ask about the fee.
To prevent a fee, you will need to contact the store as soon as possible to cancel the order by phone (252)-431-6001 or email sales@carolinasportsmanoutfitters.com . We cannot guarantee that it will be canceled in time to prevent the fee.
Orders cannot be canceled after the order has been shipped. All orders that need to be canceled after shipping will fall under the return policy. To review the return policy click here. All orders that have been processed and packaged will also fall under the return policy.
All canceled orders will be subject to any distributor or manufacturer fees as well that may apply to the cancellation policy.
All canceled finance orders are subject to the same policy and an additional 5% fee for a total of 10% in fees and any additional charge by the finance department or finance company.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion at any time.
